Press Accreditation

Press accreditation for the 2017 Dallas International Film Festival

Please email your request to Chessica Moon at DIFF17Press@gmail.com to confirm that you would like to be accredited for the 2017 Festival, which will take place across Dallas, March 30-April 9, 2017. Deadline for applying is Friday, March 24, 2017.

Please include in the email for each person applying for accreditation:

  1. Name
  2. Job Title
  3. Outlet Title
  4. Contact Cell Number
  5. Contact Email Address
  6. Type of media (i.e: print, television, internet, etc.)
  7. Figures regarding circulation/viewership/hits for your outlet
  8. Publication website
  9. Social Media pages linked to outlet (Facebook and Twitter page with current number of followers)

Each person applying for accreditation must list their own email address and telephone number for accreditation. One generic email for several applicants will not be accepted.

Please note:
We do not give press passes to spouses or partners unless they are a legitimate member of the press and have completed the application process.

Bill Paxton BILL PAXTON (POSTHUMOUSLY)

Bill Paxton was an award-winning actor and filmmaker from Texas. In 1992, he landed his first leading role in ONE FALSE MOVE. Paxton went on to star in several hit films including ALIENS (1985), APOLLO 13 (1995), TWISTER (1996) and TITANIC (1997)

MAVERICK AWARD

David Gordon Green star awardDAVID GORDON GREEN

This year’s L.M. Kit Carson Maverick Award Honoree is writer/director David Gordon Green. David Gordon Green’s debut feature, GEORGE WASHINGTON (2000) won the Discovery Award at the Toronto International Film Festival, and his second feature, ALL THE REAL GIRLS (2003) received a Special Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival.

Zoey Deutch ZOEY DEUTCH

This year’s Shining Star Award Honoree is Zoey Deutch. Zoey Deutch is an actress known for VAMPIRE ACADEMY (2014), EVERYBODY WANTS SOME! (2016) and WHY HIM? (2016). Most recently, Zoey Deutch starred in two films selected at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival, REBEL IN THE RYE and BEFORE I FALL.
